Art & Wine: Seat of Learning
April 21, 2020 | 5:30 PM
Join us for Art & Wine on Tuesday, April 21, 5:30 - 7:30 pm, on the gorgeous lawn of the Ent Center for the Arts (rain plans: in the gallery). Guests will experience a very special night, with wines paired to the art in the gallery by local wine expert Darby Gould and GOCA curator Daisy McGowan. A guided, seated tasting of four excellent wines is paired to the art in the gallery with gastronomic pairings by our Executive Chef and Associate Director of Culinary Services at UCCS, Corey A. King. Creativity abounds!
Art & Wine will raise critical funds for GOCA’s exhibits and happenings. As a program of the nonprofit University of Colorado, GOCA is responsible for raising 100% of the funds needed to bring outstanding art and artists to the Pikes Peak region.
Tickets for this event are $95 per person, all inclusive, and include four wines, food, art and a magical setting at the Ent Center for the Arts. Join us as we raise critical funds for more art, more culture, and more experiences at the UCCS Galleries of Contemporary Art.
Cost of the event less the fair market value of the goods and services received is a contribution and may be tax deductible. This contribution is considered unrestricted and net proceeds will be used to support operations, programs, functions, and maintenance for Galleries of Contemporary Art and University of Colorado Colorado Springs, which may include donor cultivation and/or entertainment.
