Cannupa Hanska Luger: Everything Anywhere
On View: January 1–August 31, 2018
Everything Anywhere is a land art installation on the outside grounds of UCCS Ent Center for the Arts as part of UCCS Gallery of Contemporary Art (GOCA)'s AWOL: Art WithOut Limits program. Developed collaboratively between UCCS students, UCCS Outdoor Services staff, and Cannupa Hanska Luger, the sculptural installation will transform throughout GOCA's Lazy Stitch exhibition, acknowledging nature through matriarchal form.
On display through July, 2018.
AWOL: Art WithOut Limits launched in 2008, featuring international, national and regional artists and collectives manifesting site-specific temporary projects outside the confines of the gallery walls with accompanying artistic residencies. Past programs include social practice projects, public sculpture, multi-disciplinary performances, and happenings across a wide range of venues. Creating community through shared experiences with art is a guiding goal of this program.
